LockFiler History
DLDES History.
"Between programming for various projects and the design of different electronic devices that resolve a number of computing problems and which are patented in US, DLDES author decided to write the perfect encryption engine". An encryption algorithm that someone could break in by only using the so called "Brutal Force" or "Trial and Error" method which requires an extremely large amount of time.
After a number of years he was thinking to write an unbreakable encryption algorithm. Being a code breaker himself, he thought that such a design should make sure that no one should be able to decode encrypted data without the user key (the key that the user used to encrypt the data). This requirement was the difficult part that he had to go around.
Since virtually all math algorithms are reversible one way or another, he concluded that his encryption algorithm should not be based on math but on a key controlled AI operation.
Finally in 1992, he had the solution.
What if he could write a program that would create an encryption algorithm using information extracted from the user key. Such a program would require:
1) A key processor (to process the user key and extract all required information).
2) A library containing a number of different encrypting operations.
3) An operation selector(to select a number of encryptors)
4) A scrambler(to scramble the sequence that those encryptors are operating on the source data
5) A linker (links the selected encryption operations in order to create the encryption algorithm)
Well, since he is Greek, he decided to write the program while he was in Greece. DLDES is patented in Greece with international extension.
DLDES can be designed in many different ways. The easiest way is to arrange the encryption operations in banks of encryption operations and select the encryption operation (dictated by the key products) from these banks.
LockFiler history.
While the Lockfiler inventor was in Greece, (after he finished DLDES) he was demonstrating it to some friends (currently founders of LockFiler Co.) and one of them said “We can use DLDES to protect people's privacy).
He said: “Yes, but I do not want to compete with all encryption applications in the market”. The next question was “Are the encryption methods they are using as good as DLDES”?. The answer to that was(is) NO, DLDES is unbreakable. To break it someone has only one method “Trial and Error” and DLDES would require many many years to break with such method.
The response was “Let’s do it then” and LockFiler Co., was created. A market research took place to find out what prospect customers would like as application's functionality and the current GUI was designed, written, tested and put to the market
Our intention is to provide true and absolute protection of people's privacy. LockFiler Co. intents to provide security for every aspect of people's privacy.
